Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer exchanges and accept returns under the following conditions:

Changes:

• You can request a size or color change within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Products must be in perfect condition, unused, with:
  • Original box
  • Stickers
  • Wrapping paper
  • Tags intact
  • The customer assumes the shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.

Returns for imperfections:

• Returns for manufacturing defects are only accepted within 1 week of receiving the order.
• We cover the shipping costs in these cases.
• We do not issue refunds. You can exchange an item for another item of equal or lesser value.

Restrictions:

• All products can be exchanged, provided they meet the indicated conditions.
