Shipping Policies

At MONK, we are committed to delivering your products safely and on time to any part of Colombia:

• National coverage: We ship nationwide from our main headquarters in Cali.
• Carrier: We work exclusively with Envía.
• Delivery times:
  • Cali: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Rest of the country: 2 to 5 business days.
  • On special dates (such as holidays or December), shipping may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed after December 15th will be delivered in January of the following year.
• Shipping costs:
  • Cali: $10,000 COP
  • National: $17,200 COP
  • We do not currently handle cash-on-delivery or express shipping.
